Mango Travel Package

<p> </p> <p>I noticed a travel package to Zanzibar on mango travel after booking my flights only. I called the call centre and they confirmed that it would be no issue to add the hotel and transfers to my booking.</p> <p>when they sent me the quote, the price of the hotel and transfer was 63% of the total package that I saw online. This did not make sense when the minimum flight cost would have been around 55% of that cost.</p> <p>i asked for an explanation and none was able to be given, I then requested a manager to look into this. After numerous follow ups they eventually informed me that a manager will be available the next day. I had to follow up again and eventually got a response stating that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unprofessional and non customer centric at all. When I mentioned that this was going to be reported, the manager then mailed me saying that he tried to call and that I must call back. I did not as they refused to assist in the first place.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very very disappointed with my preferred low cost airline and would endeavour not to use them again</p>
