Mango the *****ing Airline

So this was my first time flying Mango and it was a terrible experince. My departure from OR Tambo to Cape Town. First of all we were asked to boared the plane but we were left in a small narrow passage with little oxegyn and when passengers asked whats going on they couldnt give us a reason. On my way home from Cape Town back to OR Tambo the same thing happened forcing passengers to stand in long ques in a tight narrow passage. As i alproached the plane my hand luggage was taken away from me. They told me that the plane was full but as i walked into the plane i could see there was still space for my hand luggage . I was told that my lap top should have veen removed but no one asked us any questions they just grabbed the bag out of my hands and it was done. When we landed i ran the the baggage claims and checked my bag immedietly and well my lap top was missing ....... this airline is bad news i dont reccomend flying Mango . We trust you to employ and oversee the staff members but i guess the way this country is going nothing will chnage because *****s will get away with it....... highly disapointed in this airline and i wasnt suprised to see other bad reviews about Mango
