Mango takes money for airline tickets and does nothing about it

I booked 4 tickets today for my family and myself to travel from Dbn to Jhb.I paid via my credit card and the funds went out of my account as mango started maintenance on their site.I have not received my tickets which I paid .I called about 7 times,emailed and sent a message on Facebook.Nobody has bothered to get back to me and now my money has been taken and I'm sitting without tickets. I'm very upset as I am a frequent flyer with mango.Can someone contact me urgently to sort this out please.
