Mango ****** my money

Sat 14 Feb I made some bookings and the website froze and suddenly i had booked my boyfriend CPT-JHB on 2 March 2015 at 7pm and also at 3pm! I have been trying to get this problem resolved ever since. The last time I managed to contact customer service was 16 February 2015 and they indicated that they would contact me on the 17th of Feb 2015 as they can see the issue and they need to get the system to refund me. Needless to say they did not call back and i have still not been able to resolve this issue with them. Someone capable please call and help me!!!!
