Mango Stole my Voyager Miles!!!

I tried to book a flight using my SAA voyager miles, settling the required amount using part miles and the remainder using cash. When processing the cash portion, the connection failed, but they had already cleaned out my 11500 miles. I wasn't sent a reference number for this, I tried to call SAA to have them fix it, they referred me to the Mango helpline which they DON\T answer. I demand to have my miles refunded to me as I have not used and still need to book a flight. Both Mango and SAA treat their clients horribly
