MANGO STAFF BUNCH OF *******

What pathetic service. I generally fly with Flysafair and the service is excellent always polite and on time! I fly with FlyMango after many many years and the service is still pathetic. Firstly the flight was delayed. Secondly the ticket staff was so unfriendly. When I reach Durban from Lanseria and get to my accommodation I find that my gold watch was ****** from my bag! It was well hidden between 2 caps but they still managed to ***** it! I contacted the airline and they promised to provide feedback with 48 hours, it a now almost a week and I have not received any response. I call guest relations buy I held on for approximately half an hour before I decided to drop. Seems like there were many passengers calling for ****** items! It's ridiculous that you spend a fortune on flights and still have to deal with the ************ behaviour! PATHETIC!!!!!!! Will NEVER FLY MANGO AGAIN AND ADVIZE PEOPKE AGAINST FLYING WITH THIS AIRLINE
