Mango staff

Mango staff unfriendly and not helpfull at all! My daughter and her 2 kids were booked on Mango. When they checked their suit case in we asked for assistance as she had the 2 kids and hand luggage. We were sent from rhe one to another to be told they only assist with wheel chairs. They board at gate E at OR Tambo and as they went down with the escalator she could not manage to help both children onto the escalator and the youngest was left behind! One of the other passengers helped my grand child down while my daughter and her boy was downstairs already. Does your mango staff realise what experience this is for a small child? Pethetic!
