Mango service is bad

I have been trying to contact Mango Airlines for a couple of days to cancel my booking. We decided to cancel our trip to Cape Town since the president declared Cape Town a hotspot area and I am unable to get hold of the airline. I may end up forfeiting my ticket since I’m unable to get through to them and all I really needed assistance with is for them to hold our tickets for the near future.
