Mango ****

Booked a flight around 12:00 today, money was taken from my account but i could not get booking confirmation. i called their call centre, held on for 18mins before i had to go. i call again now, i am told no booking was made and i have to book again. No booking was found, but my money was taken from my account. All the flights are now sold out - they need to get me on that plane as i am not spending a cent more for the available flights which have now skyrockted.

they need to fix this as i need to travel.
