Mango saying it will allow free CoVID19 flight changes is dishonest

Mango have told the press they'll allow changes to tickets due to CoVID19 which were booked in April: https://www.businessinsider.co.za/two-sa-airlines-are-now-offering-free-rebooking-on-domestic-flights-due-to-the-novel-coronavirus-2020-3

However, there's noone picking up the phone in their call centre, and their enquiries email address has a full mailbox.

So I guess the person who was speaking to the press was lying, or maybe telling half truths - you can change your flight, (but only if you can reach us and good luck getting through, ha ha!)
