On 10 April 2015 I went to Cape Town international airport to board an SAA plane operated by Mango as was shown on my eticket to King Shaka international. When I arrived there, I was allowed to check-in, my luggage was checked in and I was able to go through the boarding gates at around 5 pm. When they made the first boarding call at the boarding gates I went with my ticket and I was told that I cannot board the plane and the following is a list of the excuses I got:

o Firstly: the plane was full and my ticket was apparently not paid for. This does not make any sense I couldn't be allowed to go through the check-in and the boarding gates if this was true.
o Secondly: The lady at the boarding gates said that I was given an incorrect boarding pass. Apparently my boarding pass belonged to a certain Mr. Munsamy who had also boarded the plane. This makes no sense because I checked in with my ID and how could I end up with the wrong boarding pass?. How did Munsamy end up with my ticket or me with theirs?. This was now around 7 pm which means I had spent approximately two hours at the airport.

To cut the long story short, I ended up being denied access to the plane and no explanation.
