Mango - Poor website, Poor call centre

I have been trying to book flights on Mango for the past 30 minutes and all I get is an error message about the website not being secure and privacy warnings.

When I call the Call Centre I am then made to hold for 10 minutes

What kind of service offering is Mango aiming to promote with such terrible service
