Mango poor service

I am so disgusted with what happened to me. So I decided to book an emergency flight to go see my family on Friday night. My payment went through and I never received my ticket. I called the Mango call center for a refund and I was told I can only get help on Monday from them. So what nonsense is this?, so why do we have to inconvenienced by the poor service. I am never relying on Mango again nor I'll ever take our business to them.
