Mango poor service

<p>Flight JE133 was due to leave 10.55 to CapeTown, I have a dog booked on this Mango flight to do dogshowing in CapeTown, why bother booking a time if this flight was delayed for 30min and now a further 2hrs, so now I have a stressed dog, no water because it was meant to be 2hr flight or means where he can relieve himself, past pathetic, flying Sunday from CapeTown back to Jhb, who knows how long will we be delayed then</p> <p>what is the point in booking if Mango doesn't care, why are their flights always delayed? surely managagment by now should realise there is a problem, soon no-one will be flying Mango </p>
