Mango pathetic!!!

Pathetic service !! On flight JE284 from Durban to Jhb tonight i checked in with only cabin size baggage as i was only in Durban for one night, In the passage towards the airplane i was forced to give my suitcase in as luggage, i did not have lockable luggage and a suitcase filled with computers etc! If you do not have enough cabin luggage space for your passengers, just inform me! Do not let me have to in a line infront of all the other passengers have to sit on my knees and unpack the whole suitcase to take out all valuables, try and carry everything in my hands , sit with it on my lap through the fight and carry off the plane , then to get to the exit and being told that not as promised my bag will be at the plane, but it has bee sent to the carousel!!! Unlocked !!! I think this is pathetic !!!!
