Mango.. not the airline for mum and baby!!

I am not normally one to complain, however today's service was putrid. And this has been the case for my last 3 flights. I have flown 3 times in a row now with my infant and ALL 3 times my flight has been delayed. Every other time I deal with his restlessness and crying with a smile, but today you better thank goodness there was no human in Mango uniform when I jumped off the bus.

Firstly, I tried to check in online as I travel with an infant.. And received a response saying my ticket is unpaid. Yet, I was emailed proof of payment. So I give Mango the benefit of the doubt and check my payment, where Mango's website confirms my outstanding balance is R0. This was just the beginning.

Secondly, your airline borrowed a plane!! If you guys did not have enough planes to fit the amount of travellers over this weekend.. you should of stopped selling tickets. We paid almost double the price we would normally pay. And I paid this to:

-Have my flight delayed by almost two hours - Sit in an airport for over an hour waiting - Have the pilot park on the other end of the airport or as your head flight attendant said 'in the middle of nowhere" -Wait almost 20 mins in an aeroplane for stairs to get off it. - Travel in an over loaded bus, which the driver drove like a gocart.

And this is the third time I have had a bad experience I have had with Mango!! Best believe.. it will be the last!

I trust your airline when choosing flights for my 10 month old son and I.. But obviously Mango is more concerned with money and will borrow a plane and pilot to accomadate flyers.

I was exhausted after being at the airport from 6:30pm and landing at 10:00pm. And NOT ONE flight attended offered to help.. in any way what so ever. I will not recommended Mango to anybody travelling with an infant. I will actually not recommend them to anyone unless you have a couple hours free to sit in the airport.

The only thing good about the flight was the landing.. which was not done by mangos pilot.
