Mango not refund me for tickets from Bloemfontein

I still waiting for response from Mango regarding my ticket from Bloemfontein to Cape Town and back. Refund of R2121.46 - I only received email regarding cancellation of flight on the 30/12/2020. - dates for flight was 10/12/20 and 05/01/21. I email them 26/8 + 28/10 + 1/12 regarding refund - They also don't answer phone calls.
