MANGO NOT IN A HURRY AIRLINE

Good day, firstly we book Mango airline tickets from OR Tambo to Durban leaving 30 May 2019 returning 2 June 2019 ......Well needless to say before we even left we received a message on the 28 May 2019 that our return flight and I quote " Please be advised that your flight JE 284 on 2 June 2019 has changed to Flight JE 288 and is now departing at 19h25 " no concern if you have prior arrangement. Wait the best is yet to come...on arrival at OR Tambo ready for flight JE 265 boarding at 17:40 ..Wow the queue is moving and it looks as if we will be leaving on time! !The first 58 passengers embark, the next thing we all get told the flight has been delayed ?? So all 58 passengers have to disembark the reason for the delay is "The flight crew have exceeded their flying hours " Well I don't know much about flying hours but I am sure you don't have to be a Rocket Scientist to know when you are flying according to a schedule when you have exceeded your flying hours !!! I find that very hard to believe. So that's Mango's story and they sticking to it......no other explanation was given. Moral of the story if you are NOT in a hurry to get to your destination, maybe you should consider flying MANGO !! Ha!!! Ha!!!!
