Mango not giving back money

My daughter booked a flight on 22 Jan and due to a technical error that mango is aware off, mango took the money but never send conformation. We phoned the call centre 1st thing the next morning and they said they are aware there was a technical error and that they will prioritize the refunds. After numorous calls and conversations with Chantelle,(who is very rude) to Wallie Veldtsman and Nico Bezuidenhout, its 3 weeks later and all my daughter have received is promises.
