MANGO! NO REFUNDS! PATHETIC!

I think it's quite pathetic that you don't give refunds for voluntary cancelation.. Everyone can't always make a flight (sometimes it's not even in your control), also we can't necessarily change the flight or the name or the route or whatever.. Even if it's still a few months away. Really pathetic. You'll easily get someone else to fly in my place. You make so much money and then yours still selfish. What's even worse is that you don't even give a certain % refund, 25%, 50%.. Just nothing... You should really stop being so selfish and basically *****ing people's money! Please email me if you have a reply..
