Mango more concerned about on time ratings than poor service

Good day Ok flight je235 at 13:10 O R Airport to Dbn It’s now 16:33 and we have still not boarded with no reason why !!! The next flight out to Durban 15:00 has boarded and taken off on route to Durban ( my destination) Why could Mango not have placed passages on delayed flight out on next flight !!!! To retain their on time flight status ... why not inconvenience one flights passengers for two flights passengers ? On time flight status that’s why Mango is more worried about the onetime statist than the time of passages that use their flights ! Moral of the story tell everybody NOT to fly MANGO unless you do t mind being delayed with NO reason why and at NO recovery from the airline Power of ten will flag problems with Mango airlines airlines poor service and on time ratings!
