Mango Lost my Golf Bag

I checked in at King Shaka International Airport flying Mango. Between my wife and me we had one suitcase and the one golf bag. Together these two items were not even 30 kgs. Yet Mango insisted on me paying R300 for a handling fee. I reluctantly paid the R300 and checked the luggage in. I left the check in counter with my golf bag still on the conveyor belt. However, when I got to OR Tambo my golf bag was not there and after some inquiries I was told the bag was left unattended at King Shaka airport and the Police impounded the bag. Why it was left unattended by Mango is beyond my imagination. You leave your property in their care and that's what happens?<br> <br> The question begs - WHY DO YOU PAY THE HANDLING FEE IN THE FIRST PLACE???<br>
