Mango Lost and Found not helping.

On the 1st of April 2021 I flew to PE on Flight JE541. Firstly I did not get any SMS saying the flight was delayed from 14:45 to 19:45. In the rush to get onboard I put my folder with all of our ID documents behind the seat 25D,E,F. After realising my mistake I reported it to the PE lost and found at the airport. The gentleman was helpfull but no-one handed anything in there. He gave me the number of the JHB office as the plane returned to JHB afterwards. The JHB lost and found aren;t prepared to go and look in the plane as I am sure my ID documents are still there now. Can someone please help me as to deal with home affairs as well is another nightmare on its own. HELP!
