Mango letting us down yet again

I like to believe that I am a fair person, but I find it absolutely shocking how Mango Airlines' flights are always delayed. And further, how the company goes about dealing with it and us - their customers - is absolutely unacceptable. I was scheduled on a flight today at 11 am from CPT to JHB, and after waiting in the plane for 45 min, we were told we had to disembark. Then, there was more waiting at the airport for more than an hour with no actual guarantee that the plane is even going to take off. Finally, I left the airport without any news from Mango. I would advise all people who'd like to arrive at their chosen destination on time to rather book with reputable airlines such as BA. An airplane being delayed is understandable in a certain situation, but the way in which Mango deals with the given situation is just very simply poor service.
