Mango is one of the lowest quality airlines in South Africa.

Mango has an on time rate of 69% at OR Tambo International Airport (compared to a lot of other airlines above the 90% mark) and an exceptionally low quality of customer service. They have one set of standards at one airport and a completely different set at another. It is fair to say that this is a poor quality airline whose performance is decreasing at a rapid rate. Avoid supporting Mango as best you possibly can as they definitely do not support their customers.
