Mango is not fair

Hi, I used mango airlines on the 29 of July 2018 and I got to the airport around 7:20 for 08:10 flight and when I got to the lady that did check in she told me that I'm late by 5min and I have to go to guest service coz the flight is about to depart now and it was half past 7 and I think we could have done my ckeck in fast but no, she was talking with her friends and they called someone and they weren't even discussing work so I went to pay an additional amount of which I did not have so I called my mom to borrow it from someone and on top of that I'm a student now I don't have money for groceries. Can you please bring my money back because what they did was impartial some people where coming in where I was standing the exact time that the flight should leave.
