Tried to check in online for my flight PLZ to ORT only to find that it was cancelled and changed to later in the day. No message, email, nothing. 45 minutes wait for the call center to answer, Take the offered later flight or get a voucher, no refund, , too bad that it doesn’t suit you, your ticket rules say we may do this. Despite paying to be Pre-seated that’s not available anymore, and no online check in just go the airport. Mango is just SAA in orange overalls, notorious for last minute changes and take it or leave it attitude. In future I’ll fly any other airline, or drive.
