Mango is disingenuous, poor ******* of a service!

Very disappointed since I was there on time but told to pay a difference of more than aR1000. The plane has not left and I was just told off with staff members who were very unfriendly! Although I told him I was on time, Lunga Bunyonyo said I was supposed to forfeit cos they were doing me a favour. If I had a choice I would never use Mango ever! I even tried contacting the call centre before and no answered the phone for 4 times. My R60 worth of airtime was wasted in the process! The airline sucks! I had to add double the amount I was going to pay! I am certainly not using Mango ever!
