I am horrified. My baggage has been obliterated. Please let me know how you will be taking accountability for my bag and reimburse me. I had to pay in R770 in for being overweight. I also asked for mutliple fragile stickers which were stuck on and I also booked my baggage into the fragile section. I got to Lanseria and my bag has been destroyed. How dare you ***** up someones personal belongings and take no responsibility for it. I will be going to mutliple media outlets with this even if you don't help. This is *********. We pay for a service and your neanderthal employees treat out belongings with utter disdain and destruction. I am shocked to my core.
