Mango is a ****

We were supposed to go to Cape Town on the 5th of Feb 2020 of which we booked returning flights with mango on the 8th. We received communication from hotel that they are closing due to government restrictions then we have to cancel our trip. I called mango yesterday to suspend the tickets for a while and was told we can't we can only postpone to another date of which we don't even have now, and the administration fee of R390 will be charge for each ticket and we need to pay different. Each ticket was bought for R655 when we minise that R390 we will be left with what.

We never asked for this pandemic all of us, mango can't regain their profit by ******** people. This is a ****. They should allow people to suspend their tickets.

Would never recommend anyone to buy mango tickets during this pandemic they are selfish they only think for their pockets not people lives and loss.
