Mango Go Rewards - False Marketing

Mango Go Rewards is pathetic. Please be warned that it is a false marketing scheme that does not exist. I have tried to redeem a voucher for Wellness and it has taken over a week to just get a code from Mango. They can’t help me via email, and when I called their call centre apparently they have “run” out of vouchers so cannot assist and it is beyond their control?? Why are you advertising that you provide vouchers if you know you do not have them – please help me understand? Extremely poor. You are better off just canning this so called Rewards. Perhaps then you can focus on getting your airline service to be somewhat decent.
