Mango Flights customer service is fraustrating

I made a booking online yesterday for return flights on the 27th of August 2018 from King Shaka DUR to OR JHB, money came off my card but i still haven't received any details or booking confirmations. Im so fraustrated because they are not even answering their calls. I have ran out of funds holding on the telephone line to speak with a consultant. I don't know what to do at this point.
