Mango flight unprofessional

I am really not impressed with Mango airlines. On the 22 April 2021, I was supposed to board from OR Tambo Airport to Gqeberha. I had to make a lot of calls during the day in order for Mango Airlines to send me tickets because I booked online. And they send me absolutely nothing until I spent hours trying to get hold of them. That was the only time I was sent my travelling information.

However, I checked in online. When I got to the airport it was 40 mins before boarding time. I didn't need to check in, I wanted to drop baggage only. I was denied and the flight left me jst like that. No refund or whatsoever. Sunday, I was returning from Gqeberha to OR Tambo. The flight delayed for almost an hour, but no SMS of apology or change of time whatsoever was sent!! I am very ****ed off. My family and friends will never use Mango again.
