Mango Flight Refund due to Coronavirus

Hi Mango This is not a rating I need information (tried calling several times but I’m on hold the whole).

I have 5 tickets of people who were coming to Cape Town for the jazz festival. They had return flight to Durban on 30 March 2020. The jazz festival has been postponed on account of Coronavirus and non-essential domestic traveling is prohibited.

Are refunds allowed in this instance? I know you’re allowing free date changes but the date for the jazz hasn’t been announced (and won’t be anytime soon due to the uncer*****y of this disease). What do we do then? We can’t change the date because we don’t know what to change it to.
