Mango flight JE265 Delay

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Mango Airlines yesterday. Mango flight JE265 was delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes however passengers were only informed at the boarding gate. When the flight arrived in Durban, passengers were even more frustrated because the baggage was delayed by a further 20 to 30 minutes.
