Mango - flight delays and cancellations

If you want to get to your destination on time, DO NOT USE Mango as an airline. I would not be writing this review if it was an isolated incident. This review is as a result of years of frustration with this airline. We are Multiply members and as a result, our discounts made it so much cheaper to fly with Mango. I got a wonderful surprise when I saw that Safair has now joined the Multiply stables, because they are NEVER LATE! And that's the reason for the review: in December 2020, and to date in 2021, Mango has been late on three out of the five flighs we have booked. My son's flight time was just changed, unilaterally, by two hours, and he had to scramble at work to arrange additional time off and get another lift. My stepdaughter sat at the boarding gate for more than an hour in January. And to top all this, my daughter's flight of Sunday was just cancelled and all passengers moved to a flight four hours later without as much as an apology. All our plans of Sunday had to be cancelled. It is just unacceptable! They blame Covid. But they have been late on so many occassions before Covid too, so it it really not an excuse. That's just how they operate.
