Mango flight delayed by 2 hours cos of system issue

Flight flight JE 125 delayed by 2 hours as mango had a system issue with their flight plan and was not allowed to take off. No other airline had this problem.

I am travelling for an operation hence the reason for my travel and because of this, I chose the earliest flight available, which Mango offered. Now there is a possibility my operation will be cancelled or postponed which has further costs to me.

Above this you cannot check in online, you need to check in at the counter where I queued for nearly an hour.

I wonder why I woke up at 4am to be in time!

Very disappointing Mango, this is the last time I use your airline.
