Mango flight delayed 3 hours

i would like to complain about this mango flight JE288 from Dbn to Jhb on 18/12/2017. should depart at 7:15pm. departed 10:15pm. Pilot informed that he had a flat tyre. awaiting for luggage was another 30 mins. I had my wife and child waiting to fetch me in jhb. they waited as they didnt want to drive alone so late at night. when we landed eventually even my phone was dead and they were in the parking lot waiting for me.

I want a full refund on this flight. i dont want their stupid discount.
