Mango flight cancelled and no refund

On the 21st of January my flight was cancelled by mango airlines via email. Less than 24hours to when I was supposed to fly. I called the call center and they confirmed the email that I received. I was informed that 2 weeks later I would receive the money back. It's been a month now. Everytime I call, im told they working on the refund. Im not impressed one bit
