Mango Flight

I was managing one of my flight for my sister and I and I needed to change my booking times, I followed the right procedure and got a message from my sister that it changed her booking instead of mine, where in the procedure I clicked my own name. I then call the Mango call Centre and the guy that helped me was of no use. Mango didn’t even send me my correct reference number either, so I couldn’t even check on my flights, it’s only once I had called that they sent it to me. Extremely poor service and now I’m sitting with the mess still.
