Mango doubles the cost of flight with Voyagermiles

In April 2015 I paid 131 000 Voyager miles for a return flight for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant for a year-end flight from Cape Town to Durban. This excludes airport taxes and VAT, which was paid via credit card on the Mango website (about R2000)<br> <br> In making the same booking for more or less the identical flight dates today, the facility for paying this amount has now mysteriously disappeared and I am forced to pay a whopping 260 000 Voyager air miles for the same flight which now includes all taxes and duties.<br> <br> When I phoned the call centre to query this, I was told the facility to pay for the flights with my miles and taxes and duties by credit no longer exists.<br> <br> Please explain to me why this is even possible, other than through Zuma accounting. This is **************** and borderline **********. <br> <br> Mango, you are part of SAA, a company which has been bailed out by the taxpayer, like me - nine times before. I wish that you and your SAA cohorts get sold to Emirates as soon as possible to relieve honest people like me from continuously financing your ineptness.
