Mango ************** against elderly

The worst mistake of my life was to book tickets with Mango for my elderly 76 year old father to fly from OR THAMBO to Port Elizabeth.

It was going to be his first flying experience. But then my pensioner dad is told he had to be there THREE hours in advance.

Mango ****s then proceeded to make the desperate pensioner withdraw the month of February's groceries money "to change flights ".

For today's flight my dad had cash in his wallet to enjoy a meal during the flight.

An old man who gets a ticket AS A GIFT to go and see his family he hadn't seen in over 30 years, is then assaulted financially by these ************ ****s.

This is a crime against humanity and the most base standard of decency is clearly too high for Mango to ever reach. Oh the irony...

I phoned in and a Mango ****s actually threw down the phone in my face!! Apparently I had to be more calm and thoughtful.

I have no wish for conciliation.

Afterwards I phone Mango again. Huge efforts are made to shirk responsibility.

Mango sucks.
