Mango - Denied entry

My wife and young daughter were left stranded in Bloemfontein when they wanted to board a flight to Cape Town. Reason being not having a birth certificate for our daughter. Even after my wife showed a digital copy of the birth certificate, they still refused. Had to find alternate accomodation and another flight (which had no problem with the digital copy). After countless emails to have our money refunded, we still have had no reply. So money ******.
