Mango deceives passengers flight JE249 to Durban .

Mango deceives people! It has just come to our attention that they knew of the delay last night, however did not communicate this to passengers! Mango flight has been delayed from 10:25 then to an hour later and now apparently 13:30. Half the day is gone just waiting, and we are not even sure if we will leave this airport! On top of that no communication whatsoever, we had to keep asking staff, the delay messages were even late. What a waste of our valuable time, when they knew! The poor service on top of the delay is disturbing. If there was zero rating, I would give it!
