Mango debits with out consent and booking flights which were never requested

The worst airlines ever . I booked a flight from durban to johannesburg via the call center the agent booked my wrong flight after booking this 3 times , the agent has promised me a refund after admitting to her fault ... due to the weekend it would reflect. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS !!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERY DAY AND SENDING E MAILS . no feed back and not even a simple communication to the bank to process reversals

Good day

please note that FNB has notified that no reversal has been done but has been banked

i am being charged with out my knowledge , that is theft

i have booked but never received any confirmation of any bookings ! hence i called in to cancel and was incorrectly booked

all Mango airlines staff is beyond *********** to understand simple basic english and i have received the worst service

mango also fails too update me on the below query
