Mango ****************!!!

****************! I requested a voucher for my mums flight over a week ago and Mango team said they would email it through to me. 5 calls later I am still waiting for the voucher to be emailed to me! I had to urgently call in and request that the flight booking be changed to a voucher as I was going into labour and needed my mum present a day longer, and this is the kind of service I get. I needed the voucher for today as I need to book 4 more flights for my family today and I am still waiting on any email whatsoever! If this is the service I am definitely just going to take my business to another airline. Mango you have lost a customer that purchases flights continuously throughout the year for the entire family! Extremely disappointed in the service!!
