Mango damages

Good day

After a pleasant flight from Joburg to Durban, I got to my weekend accommodation and realized that one whole wheel had come off my trolley bag. This is because I had just taken it off the carousel with the damaged side facing down so fid not pick up on anything weird. I could still push the bag on the 3 wheels so didn't pick up that something wasn't right. The bag was not damaged prior to the flight or else your check in employee would have had me sign a waiver.

This is really unacceptable.
