Mango - Customer Care!!!
Tried *** - no answer. Tried *** was kept on the line for over 60 minutes waiting for that elusive agent that would answer my call shortly. Well after 60 minutes shortly didn't arrive so I gave up. It's going to be quicker to drive to OR Tambo and get things sorted out. No 'Customer Care' at all. Shocking service.

12 Sept 2019, 15:51Further update. Tried in the afternoon around 3.30pm. Mango Customer Care were a lot quicker to respond and the staff were very efficient and dealt with my situation quickly and positively. Great service. I therefore give them 4 1/2 stars.
