Mango continuous flight delays

Why is it that every single time my mango flight to Cape Town is ALWAYS delayed. This flight was even booked with a voucher from a previous flight being delayed for over 4 hours. So infuriating that it happens every time. The service to sort it out and change the flight is also below standard. From now on another airline will be used.
