Mango - clearly out of the running ... sad

Pathetic delays every Sunday with no remorse or explanation but consistently delayed and late and extremely bad service. I must have spent almost 50000 on flights in the past 5 months with not even a sorry from this useless excuse for an airline. Business or personal someone with some authority needs to take a serious look at improving the customer service and dismal performance from this group. No other airline experiences as many delays and late arrrivals. Another Sunday 11/11/2018 with yet the same result...delayed. Fire the useless excuse for an exec in charge of proceeedings as clearly he comes from the taxi business.
